Anne Curtis covers Preview for the record-breaking sixth time

Anne Curtis is once again on the cover of Preview magazine. Her sixth, Anne broke the previous record of Mikee Cojuanco for having the most number of Preview covers.

On the cover, Anne wears a piece from Michael Cinco, the designer of the gown she wore at last year's Star Magic Ball where she won "The Most Glamorous" award. In an interview with Style Bible, Anne said she likes Michael Cinco's creations for they are "classic, timeless and so beautiful."

Anne Curtis, who will be launched as a recording artist soon with the upcoming release of her album "Anne-bisyosa," has somehow officially debuted her singing career through the Station ID of the Kapamilya network for the rainy season.

Anne Curtis named 'Icon of the Year' at the Us Girls August Awards 2011

Anne Curtis bagged the biggest award at the Us Girls August Awards 2011 held last night at Amber, the Fort in Taguig City. The TV host-actress and new recording artist won the "Icon of the Year" which was awarded to Angel Locsin last year.

The Us Girls August Awards, which recognizes the most influential names in Philippine fashion, entertainment and beauty, is now on its third year. Its winners are being determined based on the votes from the staff of "Us Girls", the Studio 23 management, and the viewers.

Wondering why "MRT" is trending on Twitter right now?

It is because Kapamilya actress-host Anne Curtis who has more than a million of followers on Twitter used one of the trains of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) to be at Kylie Minogue's concert at the Araneta Coliseum. She posted a tweet and a pic of her riding the public train which was "retweeted" by her followers. Check out Anne's series of tweets below telling about the incident:

The first tweet was made at 7:46 p.m. which means that in 14 minutes Kylie's show will be starting since it was scheduled to start at 8:00 p.m. It was a good call for Anne to take the train then. At least she did not miss much of the concert.

"Two and a Half Sisters" (or "2 and 1/2 Sisters") is a working title of an upcoming movie from Viva Films that is going to be topbilled by 3 ofViva's biggest talents, today - Anne Curtis, Sarah Geronimo and Vice Ganda.

The cast will said to start taping later this year after the completion of Vice Ganda's comedy flick "Private Benjamin." Jericho Rosales, Gerald Anderson and Xian Lim were rumored to be the leading men of the three in this new movie.

The film is said to have been inspired by the American sitcom "Two and a Half Men."
